The 30-square-mile Big Sewickley Creek Watershed (BSCW) offers many public recreational areas:
Plum Street Park (creek access, rentable picnic shelter, volleyball, basketball, restrooms)
Mound Street Park (playground, softball field)
Ambridge Avenue Playground (gazebo, playground, courts, Little Free Library)
Bell Acres Nature Park (200+ acre greenspace with nature trail and birdwatching)
Bell Acres Borough Park (play areas, basketball courts, volleyball)
Linbrook Park (creek access, hiking trails ball fields, soccer fields, lacrosse field, picnic shelters, playgrounds, disc golf)
Linbrook Woodlands Conservation Area (adjacent to Linbrook Park, hiking trails)
Franklin Park Historic Barn (across from Linbrook Park, 1870s property with plans for restoration, community garden)
State Gamelands 203 (1,200+ acres, hunting, gun range, hiking trails)
Millvale Sportsman’s Club and Windwood Park (members only)
